Last Time It was BlackBerry Now It's Time for Nokia. Indian Government recently forced BlackBerry to discontinue its Push mail Service, and reason was when a person sends mail from it, the exact IP address was not identifiable. So Indian Government gave an option to BlackBerry whether he should give solution for that or shut down that service. Unfortunately, Blackberry was not able to come up with due care solution and service was discontinued.

Same problem is here occurring with NOKIA also. Nokia is handset manufacturing company and Nokia recently proposed Push Mail/ Power Mail service which can simultaneously access many mail accounts like Gmail, Yahoo!, Rediff, Sify ETC. So Department of Communications is requested to advice Telecom Service Provider not to provide Push Mail service without setting up facility to the extent of Satisfaction of Government.

In Sort, Government want to monitor all the mail sent and received by people, So DoC told to All Service provider weather they should give facility to see what is happening or not to provide that service... That's All....
